Looking to Become A Better Runner

6-weeks of intensive running specific cross training. The work-outs are accessible for all levels of runner (from beginner to expert). Each week, you will generally not run more than 3 miles. HOWEVER, running will be interspersed with challenging cross training intervals. These types of work-outs are key for preventing injury, keeping your muscles ‘alert,’ and gaining endurance and speed.
